QSTOCK ANNOUNCES THE FIRST ACTS FOR SUMMER 2021

Symphonic metal group Nightwish is the headlining act for Qstock festival Friday in the summer of 2021. The band released their ninth studio album in April this year and are scheduled to embark on a world tour in September.

Other confirmed acts for Qstock 2021 so far include JVG, The Darkness (UK), SANNI, Battle Beast, Kaija Koo, Stam1na, Ellinoora, Chisu, Vesala, Ida Paul & Kalle Lindroth, Lähiöbotox, JC Stewart (UK), Mikael Gabriel, Radiopuhelimet, Xysma and Cledos.

The outset for building the line-up for summer 2021 was a peculiar one. In the midst of show cancellations and postponements on a global scale, it is reassuring to be able to confirm an act of Nightwish’s magnitude for our Friday bill. Our programme is forming into a solid and versatile one, for we are combining household favourites confirmed for this summer with next summer’s hot names when booking the acts. Without forgetting Qstock-style surprises, says Qstock promoter Sandy Kantola.

Tickets for the 2021 festival are being sold according to the current price categories for now. Tickets will not be available for lower than current prices at any point. More information about ticketing is available at Tickets-site.

All tickets purchased for the cancelled 2020 festival will be valid as such for the year 2021. If a customer does not want to use their ticket in summer 2021, the ticket can be returned until 24 July 2020. More specific instructions about ticket return here.

A one-day ticket purchased for 2020 can be switched to a different day unless the ticket category has been sold out by that time. A Ticketmaster processing fee of 4 euros will be charged upon the exchange.

A ticket purchased for 2020 can also be updated to a 2-day or VIP ticket by paying the difference between the ticket prices along with the Ticketmaster processing fee. All ticket changes and updates must be made at Ticketmaster ticketing outlets by 1 April 2021.

Qstock 2021 festival will take place in the area of Kuusisaari and Raatti islands in Oulu on 30 and 31 July 2021. The festival has been sold out for seven summers in a row and it has established its status as one of the biggest festivals in Finland. Last year the event attracted a record audience of 40 000 people over two days.
