QSTOCK 2020 CANCELLED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC – PURCHASED TICKETS VALID AS SUCH FOR SUMMER 2021

Qstock Festival in Oulu, Finland, is cancelled for the summer 2020. On Wednesday 22 April, the Finnish government issued a new policy according to which limitations concerning public events will remain in force until 31 July 2020 at the earliest in order to keep the coronavirus pandemic in check.

Qstock 2021 dates are scheduled for 30–31 July.

Your tickets will be valid for this new date, please hold on to your tickets.

Due to the number of cancellations, Ticketmaster refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. This is expected to happen within 90 days, but we’ll be in touch again to let you know when this has been done.

The refund always applies to the entire order and to all tickets in the order.
When the event is rescheduled, only the ticket price will be refunded, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the trade you accepted at the time of purchase. The refund does not apply to the handling or delivery costs nor to the order fee.
The ticket price will always be refunded to the original buyer of the ticket.
