Arppa

Arppa (Aaro Airola by his real name) is one of the most interesting new artists in Finland at the moment. His self-financed debut album came out in 2020, soon after which Arppa found his way under the wings of Johanna Kustannus label. The second album released in September 2021 kicked the door wide open, and Not only was Arppa decorated with four Emma Award nominations (Newcomer of the Year, Rock of the Year, Critics’ Choice, Artist of the Year) but he also snatched third place in the Best of 2021 poll of Soundi magazine.
