Ten new acts added to Qstock bill – Show dates specified!

Qstock Festival in Oulu, Finland, complements its festival bill for 2021. New confirmed acts include international Finnish talent ALMA, the country’s most popular rap artist Pyhimys, Finland’s newly elected Eurovision Song Contest representative Blind Channel from Oulu, legendary The Flaming Sideburns – fresh out of the recording studio with their original line-up – and new rock supergroup Moon Shot who are currently working on their first album.

The most recent international booking is folk pop favourite Smith & Thell (SWE), who released their latest album in the beginning of February. Other confirmations include Herra Ylppö, Mouhous, Oranssi Pazuzu and Von Hertzen Brothers.

”The situation with the pandemic and its impact next summer is still impossible to predict, but our festival arrangement are proceeding according to normal schedule at the moment. When it comes to the programme, around half of the acts have now been announced and negotiations concerning the rest of the slots are currently being finalised. We are heading toward summer with full throttle,” comments Festival Director Mikko Forstén.

Previously announced acts for next summer’s Qstock include Nightwish, JVG, The Darkness (UK), SANNI and Battle Beast. The programme so far with specified show dates can be found at https://extra.qstock.fi/en/programme/. More acts will be added to the bill as spring progresses.

All ticket types for Qstock are being sold through Ticketmaster Finland ticketing channels. Tickets bought for the 2020 festival, which was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, are valid as such for the 2021 festival. A one-day ticket can be exchanged into another one-day ticket or upgraded into a two-day one at Ticketmaster store by 1 April 2021 at the latest.
