You can claim your festival pass/wristband at our check-in desk by providing your ID.

The check-in serves listed festival guests, media and music professionals, artists’ guests, and customers who have purchased a VIP ticket through Ticketmaster. Please note that only card payment is possible at the Guest Check-in.

From Tuesday to Thursday on the Qstock week, you can find the check-in desk at Restaurant Amarillo in Rotuaari, the pedestrian street in Oulu city centre. Paid parking is available near Rotuaari, if necessary. (Please note! Only card payments are accepted at Amarillo’s check-in desk.)

For the actual festival days, the Guest Check-in will move to the immediate vicinity of the festival area. You can enter the festival area check-in from the south end of Raatti Stadium. Please observe the signs for the correct route.

It is not possible to make changes to pre-agreed festival passes or wristbands at the check-in. All changes must be agreed on with your contact person well in advance so that the information can be updated in the check-in system in time. Please also note that passes/wristbands will be given only to the person whose name has been submitted beforehand, in exchange for proven identity. The pass/wristband is personal and cannot be forwarded to another person. Please note! Only card payments are accepted at the Guest Check-in desk.

You can purchase drink and meal vouchers on the festival days (29 – 30 July) at the festival info desk or the VIP info desk. CARD PAYMENTS ONLY!

Qstock is located in the area of Kuusisaari and Raatti islands, and because of the nature of the big public event the festival area is not accessible by car. You can get to the festival via Merikoski bridges by using public transport or through Linnansaari Island on foot. A bike is the most convenient option for getting to the festival, for you can leave your bike at our bike parking zone in Lammassaari.
